Space NK US emails
During my time at Space NK I crafted copy for weekly emails targeting the UK and US customer bases, plus regular communications for N.dulge members (Space NK’s loyalty scheme), exclusive event emails and special promotions e.g. ‘Refer a friend’. Adapting copy for the US market went over and above grammar and spelling - following research I evolved the tone of voice to become even more commercial, focusing strongly on the dream and aspiration that beauty holds. Always in theme with the current seasonal campaign, I focused all US and UK copy on strong calls to action, ensuring all messages were benefit led and the exclusivity of the products represented.
