Tone of voice
Founder Samantha Jameson was on the hunt for a freelance digital and product copywriter and contacted me in 2015. Having launched Soapsmith in Harrods with great success, she was looking to take the brand to the next level. From establishing a vibrant tone of voice that stayed true to its London heritage – to packaging, product descriptions, brand story and website copy.
Hailed by the likes of Harper’s Bazaar and Tatler as one of the best new British beauty brands, Soapsmith has gone on to win the 2015 QVC Customer Beauty Award, plus a number of its products have been shortlisted for Pure Beauty Awards, Beauty Shortlist and QVC New Beauty Brand.
